Hello,
I am Zsuzsanna Szantosi. As a cultural producer and community builder dedicated to creating platforms that connect art, business, and people. Through initiatives like The Creative Bridge Foundation Inc., Women in Velocity, DancingSRQ, and Sarasota Art and Dance Night, I focus on empowering artists, uplifting women, and fostering community impact.
My passion
With a deep-rooted passion for the arts and community empowerment, I have dedicated my
professional path to creating inclusive, impactful spaces that bring people together. Moving through
countries in my life thought me to see beyond the obvious and shaped my vision of bringing together
the community through shared experiences.
As the founder of DancingSRQ, an initiative that supports local dance studios and organizations in
producing well-executed, community-centered dance productions and events I am working with multiple
studios to streamline production planning, marketing, on-site logistics, and storytelling; always with a
vision to elevate artistic voices and create platforms for performers.
I am also the creator and organizer of Sarasota Art and Dance Night, a growing cultural event that
brings together diverse artists across disciplines, highlighting our local talent and fostering cultural
appreciation. I am leading and growing other community-facing initiatives including Women in Velocity,
a personal development movement for women focused on connection, leadership, and growth.
Over the years, I’ve honed skills in event coordination, program development, storytelling, and
leadership cultivation, always with a focus on collaboration and creating meaningful impact.
My experience spans nonprofit partnerships, cultural programming, and helping women through
empowerment.
Most recently, I founded The Creative Bridge Foundation Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to connecting artists, audiences, and local economies through community-centered arts and culture initiatives. With this new endeavor, I am focused on building sustainable programs that expand cultural access, foster arts education, and create economic opportunity for creatives and small businesses. The foundation reflects my belief that the arts are not only a form of expression but also a powerful driver of community resilience, connection, and growth.
In parallel, I am growing Women in Velocity, a movement designed to empower women through connection, leadership, and personal development. This initiative provides a supportive space for women to share experiences, build confidence, and accelerate their growth—both personally and professionally.
Together, these endeavors reflect my commitment to cultivating inclusive, impactful spaces where creativity, community, and leadership intersect.
