Isabelle Stephenson is a certified life coach who empowers women in midlife to navigate change with clarity and confidence. Drawing from her own journey as a mother of six and life after divorce, she helps women reconnect with themselves, build healthier relationships, and create lives filled with purpose and joy. Isabelle combines deep empathy with practical tools to guide her clients through transformation—one intentional step at a time.

In Sarasota, she has become a pillar of the cultural scene, serving as Cultural Curator at Art Ovation Hotel and continually generating opportunities for artists to be seen, supported, and celebrated.
