... a note from the founder

There was a moment not too long ago when I stood in my kitchen, staring at my to-do list and wondering how I was going to keep all the plates spinning. I am building a business, raising children, navigating love, and trying to stay in touch with the woman I knew I was deep down, the one full of dreams, love, elegance, and fire.
But in that moment, I felt exhausted. Not weak, because there’s a difference, but stretched. Like my energy was constantly being pulled in opposite directions: build vs. rest, lead vs. surrender, hustle vs. grace.
That’s when I knew I needed something more than just a business strategy or another “productivity hack.” I needed a community. A space where women like me, driven, heart-centered, and rooted in something deeper could grow without burning out. A space to remember that power doesn’t mean hardness and softness doesn’t mean passivity.
That space became Women in Velocity.
Velocity is not about rushing. It’s about moving with clear direction. It’s about forward momentum that aligns with your values, your purpose, and your feminine energy. It’s about being the woman who chooses to build something bigger without sacrificing her softness, her truth, or her dreams.
Let me tell you: I haven’t figured it all out yet. But I have learned how to rise without apology. How to say “yes” to myself in the moments when it would be easier to shrink. How to receive help, love, and support without guilt. How to let my story, all of it, be the foundation for my next level.
If you're reading this, you're probably a woman in motion too. A woman who carries so much ideas, passion, responsibility, and vision. Maybe you're juggling roles that feel at odds. Maybe you're building something sacred in silence.
This is your reminder: You are not alone. You don’t have to choose between softness and strength. You don’t have to do it the way the world says you “should.” You get to define success your way with beauty, with soul, with velocity, IN HARMONIOUS STRENGTH.
Let’s keep rising together.
With love and purpose,
Susan Szantosi
